No. The timing is all up to you! When you purchase The Strategic Nonprofit, you get access to the program for 1 year. You can always renew. 

Strategic planning takes time, usually 4-9 months. This program is not something you can sit down and do over a weekend. That being said, this program provides you with tremendous flexibility to decide how much time you want to spend on your strategic plan. The program will work for you whether you want to create a plan quickly or do a deep dive with a lot of stakeholders. As you work through this program, you’ll get ideas for how to run your next strategic planning process, too.

Yes we do. This is baked into every exercise. 

You end up with a strategic plan that your team can easily use internally to guide your strategic commitments. It’s designed to be functional rather than written in a narrative. In addition to this internal strategic plan, we provide a template for completing a more external marketing strategic plan. 

Yes! Regardless of the stage of the nonprofit work you’re doing, this program will guide you through the strategic questions and conversations that will help you determine the future focus and strategic priorities of your work.

No. This program will help you create a strategic plan for your organization that bakes in inclusion and models equity. But it won’t help you create DEIJ priorities or goals. It will, however, help you to identify if creating a separate DEIJ strategy is a priority for your organization, as an outcome of your strategic plan.
